Job summary

KWANTAS GROUP seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects in Lahad Datu, Sabah.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of site supervision experience, plus the ability to read drawings and coordinate contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience is required.
• Willing to be based in Lahad Datu, Sabah and have full working rights for Malaysia.
• Experience in construction, plantation infrastructure or civil works will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and work progress.
• Monitor contractors, workers, materials, equipment and site resources.
• Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and relevant documentation.
• Identify site issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure good housekeeping and proper site organization.

Education

• Able to read drawings, monitor work progress and coordinate contractors.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to be based in Lahad Datu, Sabah.
• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.
