Job summary

Forte Emerald Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Perak, seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites and manage subcontractor work on site.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering and have at least 3 years of site supervision experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good understanding of construction quality, safety and site procedures.
• Strong site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Willing to work at project sites and outside normal working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site safety, health and security throughout the project.
• Prepare and maintain daily site records and photographic records of site activities and progress

About you
