KCJ ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. seeks a Site Supervisor/Engineer to oversee daily engineering and construction activities at project sites in Malaysia.

You will review drawings, monitor progress, and coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure safety, quality and timely completion. A Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years of site experience is required; travel to project sites may be necessary.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant site engineering/construction experience.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, engineering or maintenance projects preferred.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings and project documents.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings and other engineering documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials and compliance with technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and site teams on technical and construction matters.
• Identify technical issues and site constraints and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Monitor testing, inspection, commissioning and rectification works as required.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection records and other relevant engineering documentation.
