Job summary

RAEBUS SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work meets drawings, specifications, and schedules.

You will coordinate contractors and site personnel, monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and prepare daily reports. Travel to project sites may be required. Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of oversight experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years site supervision experience in industrial, factory, commercial or building projects preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of site safety and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities per drawings, specs, schedule and project requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, workers, and site personnel.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and rectifications of defects.
• Conduct site inspections for safety, quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Maintain site records and progress reporting.
• Assist in testing, inspections and project handover activities.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on actions.
• Travel to project sites as required.
