Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Site Supervisor to join their site operations team on upcoming civil construction projects. You will supervise daily on-site works, coordinate with clients and consultants, organize labor, materials and machinery, and ensure timely reporting of tests and site conditions.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on site supervision, a Diploma/Associate degree in Civil Engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to relocate to project sites

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
3 years of hands-on site supervision and construction project management experience.
Experience conducting ground/site tests and producing technical reports.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Willing to relocate to participate in full project cycle.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site works, attend site and client meetings, and organize resources (labor, materials, machinery).
Conduct ground and site tests and prepare technical test reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project partners; assist with proposals and case studies.
Oversee site operations to maintain schedule and ensure environmental compliance.
