Job summary

Tewara Sdn. Bhd. seeks a site supervisor to oversee daily operations at multiple projects in Johor Bahru. You will ensure work aligns with standards and schedules, manage resources, and resolve issues promptly on site.

Applicants should be independent, communicative, and able to multitask across sites. Fresh graduates are welcome; construction/electrical site experience is a plus. Salary is RM2,200–RM3,000 per month, with company car and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants for effective execution.
• Manage multiple project sites around Johor Bahru with multitasking.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety procedures and company instructions.
