Job summary

Titan Electrical is seeking a Supervising Engineer to oversee daily site operations across multiple project sites around Johor Bahru. You will ensure works are carried out smoothly, on schedule, and to required standards, coordinating with workers, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure works are carried out smoothly, accurately, and according to the required standards and schedule.
• Ensure sufficient materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available at the site to support smooth progress of work.
• Identify and resolve technical, site, and coordination issues promptly, and report important matters to the management or project superior.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other parties to ensure effective site execution.
• Manage and monitor multiple project sites around Johor Bahru, requiring good multitasking and time-management skills.
• Ensure site activities comply with project requirements, safety procedures, and company instructions.
