Job summary

Tewara Sdn. Bhd. seeks a site supervisor to oversee daily operations at multiple projects in Johor Bahru. You will ensure work aligns with standards and schedules, manage resources, and resolve issues promptly on site.

Applicants should be independent, communicative, and able to multitask across sites. Fresh graduates are welcome; construction/electrical site experience is a plus. Salary is RM2,200–RM3,000 per month, with company car and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure all works are carried out smoothly, accurately, and according to the required standards and schedule.
• Ensure sufficient materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available at the site to support smooth progress of work.
• Identify and resolve technical, site, and coordination issues promptly, and report important matters to the management or project superior.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other parties to ensure effective site execution.
• Manage and monitor multiple project sites around Johor Bahru, requiring good multitasking and time-management skills.
• Ensure site activities comply with project requirements, safety procedures, and company instructions.

Requirements

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work at different project sites when required.
