Job summary

Kit Cheong Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking a Site Coordinator to support the Site Manager in contract administration, attend site meetings, monitor daily activities, and oversee quality and safety on site.

You will assist in planning and scheduling project works, coordinate deliveries, inspect defective work, supervise workers and subcontractors, and help resolve technical and site issues under the Project Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry.
• Fresh grads would be considered upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in contract administration and management
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring
• Monitor daily site activities and report to the Project Manager Progress work
• Overall responsible for site activities and progress, quality, and safety
• Planning, managing and scheduling project works.
• Helping to coordinate deliveries of materials
• Involved in defective work inspection & identification and recommend solutions
• Supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities
• Assist in resolving all technical and site issues.
