Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange daily work schedules for site workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed according to project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, work progress, and project updates in the site diary or relevant documentation.
• Monitor the quality of construction work, installation methods, and finishing to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Receive, inspect, and record construction materials delivered to the site, ensuring proper storage and organisation.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure workers comply with applicable safety requirements and procedures.
• Identify and report any site issues, safety concerns, or potential risks to the Project Manager for appropriate action.
