Job summary

You will oversee daily site operations, enforce safety standards, manage site personnel and coordinate between designers, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communications, the ability to read drawings, and hands-on knowledge of construction methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervision or site coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practices.
• Proven track record in health and safety management on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating all daily site activities and operations.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Managing site personnel, including scheduling, task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Coordinating between designers subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project progression.
• Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Maintaining accurate site records, documentation and daily reports.
• Implementing and enforcing site safety protocols and procedures.
• Resolving on-site issues and challenges promptly and effectively.
• Liaising with project managers/leaders and senior management on site status and updates.
• Ensuring the site remains organised, secure and compliant with all regulations.
