Job summary

Engenious Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor in Sepang, Selangor to oversee daily site activities, ensure workmanship aligns with drawings and method statements, and coordinate with project engineers and contractors for smooth workflow.

The role requires reading technical drawings, strong leadership, and a willingness to work on-site with travel as needed to ensure progress and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction/engineering projects).
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including subcontractors and workers
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (HSE requirements)
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities (daily reports, site diaries, etc.)
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients when required
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards
