Job summary

Sandar Bina Sdn Bhd is a well established civil construction firm in Selangor, Malaysia, with over 35 years of experience. We require a site supervisor to oversee labour and machinery on Eco Ardence/Banting projects, ensuring quality, safety and timely coordination with sub-contractors and consultants.

You will execute site activities, monitor plant and equipment, and liaise with the Project Manager to maintain project standards while embracing overtime as needed to meet construction timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Able to supervise labour and machineries.
• Willing to learn and work overtime.
• Projects assigned are in Eco Ardence/Banting.

Responsibilities

• Execute, record & coordinate site activities.
• Materials handling and recordings.
• Regular work inspection and quality assurance.
• Monitor and give sub-contractors work instruction
• Monitor site plant & machineries.
• Monitoring of work by labour and liaison with consultants/architects directed by the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance and enforcement of safety standards on site.
• Perform other duties assigned
