Job summary

SPEKTRA BUMIMAS SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the Miri project site. You will ensure work is performed to specifications, on schedule, and in compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and 3–5 years of site supervision experience. You will coordinate with managers, consultants, and subcontractors, maintain records, and report progress and issues

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

-Minimum 3–5 years working experience in construction site supervision.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety, and quality control.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage site workers.

- Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in infrastructure, building, or civil construction projects.

- Familiar with site documentation and reporting.
