Job summary

SPEKTRA BUMIMAS SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the Miri project site. You will ensure work is performed to specifications, on schedule, and in compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and 3–5 years of site supervision experience. You will coordinate with managers, consultants, and subcontractors, maintain records, and report progress and issues

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows drawings and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work quality and ensure proper workmanship.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain site records.
• Monitor site materials, equipment, and manpower usage.
• Identify and report site issues or delays to the Project Manager.
