Job summary

Tekun Wejaya Sdn Bhd in Miri, Sarawak seeks an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee delivery of our projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to budgets. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership on site and coordination with project teams.

You will review plans, supervise workers and subcontractors, ensure compliance with codes, and report progress. Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree with at least three years in supervision, strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in construction site supervision.
• Experience in project planning, supervision and coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, materials and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, including planning and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
