Job summary

M INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD in Kulai seeks a Civil & Structural site supervisor to oversee daily works, ensure progress against the project schedule, and coordinate site personnel and contractors. You will monitor safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications, manage inspections and documentation, and maintain daily reports and material testing as required.

Applicants should hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and have 3–5 years’

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily Civil & Structural (C&S) works at site to ensure work progress meets the project schedule.
• Oversee daily project operations, manage site personnel and contractors, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Track project progress against the approved schedule, identify delays, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Oversee structural works including rebar installation, formwork, concreting, structural elements, and related works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Willing to work in Kulai
