Job summary

True Beam Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and workers, and ensure works follow drawings, specs, and schedules. You will monitor progress and workmanship on site.

The role requires 3–5 years of site supervision experience, preference for main contractor exposure, and the ability to read construction drawings. Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay and strong coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Experience with a main contractor is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control and site safety.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.

About you
