Job summary

INTECH ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN. BHD. on-site civil/structural supervisor required in Kulai, Johor. You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, review drawings, monitor progress and quality, and resolve technical issues to ensure project timelines.

The role demands strong coordination and communication skills, reporting on site progress, maintaining safety, and supporting handover activities for building or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction experience on building or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities.
• Good command of English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
