Job summary

Binastra Group is seeking a Site Supervisor (Architectural / Structural) for a high-rise building on-site. You will plan and coordinate daily site operations, supervise construction and installation works, and manage subcontractors to meet the approved schedule.

You must hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role requires tight timelines and independent work with on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience; architectural & structural works encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site operations.

• Inspect materials per approved samples and remove rejects.

Job description

Site Supervisor (Architectural / Structural) - High-Rise Building, On-Site

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily site operations.
• Supervise and monitor all construction/installation works.
• Control sub-contractors' daily work activities and ensure manpower, materials, equipment and tools are available.
• Monitor sub-contractors' work progress against the approved work schedule.
• Ensure all works comply with contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements and approved method statements.
• Ensure all required inspections and testing are carried out and passed before proceeding to next stages.
• Maintain a site diary to record daily site activities.
• Report any non-conformances (NCR / NCP) promptly to the Project/Construction Manager.
• Manage and control the usage of materials, plants and machinery.
• Inspect and test materials per approved samples and ensure rejected materials are removed from site.
• Ensure correct implementation according to technical specifications, designs and material quality.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction / Building Survey / Land Surveying.
• 3-5 years' experience in relevant fields. Experience in architectural & structural works encouraged.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Attribute: Able to meet tight timelines and work with minimal supervision.
