Job summary

IRG Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for civil works and perimeter security installations. The role requires reading civil and electrical drawings and ensuring safe, compliant execution of foundations and structural tasks.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of supervisor experience and a CIDB Green Card or equivalent safety certification. On-site work with subcontractors and strict MSRA adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in civil works, structural steel, or structural perimeter security installation.
• Ability to read structural engineering drawings and basic electrical schematics on-site.
• Strong understanding of concrete works and ground levels.
• Valid Site Supervisor safety certification (CIDB Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations on site and installations.
• Interpret civil structural drawings and basic electrical schematics on-site.
• Direct on-site excavation, trenching, reinforcement, and concrete pouring for deep product foundations.
• Coordinate daily task allocations for field labor and specialized subcontractors (e.g., welders, electricians).
• Enforce strict compliance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA).
• Conduct daily Tool Box Talks and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain daily site logs, track materials, and report milestones or field variations to the Construction/Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations on site and installations

Interpret construction civil structural drawings and basic electrical schematics on-site

Direct on-site excavation, trenching, reinforcement, and concrete pouring for deep product foundations

Coordinate daily task allocations for field labor and specialized subcontractors (e.g., welders, electricians)

Enforce strict compliance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA)

Conduct daily Tool Box Talks and maintain an airtight safety environment

Maintain daily site logs, track materials, and report project milestones or field variations back to the Construction/Project Manager

About you

Minimum 1 to 3 years of supervisor experience in civil works, structural steel, or structural perimeter security installation

Strong understanding of concrete works and ground levels

Ability to accurately read structural engineering drawings

Valid Site Supervisor safety certification (e.g., CIDB Green Card)
