Job summary

MLDC Berhad is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to assist the skeleton team in renovating and upgrading residential properties. You will interpret drawings, coordinate workers, and ensure site activities run efficiently on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site construction management experience.
• Able to interpret technical construction drawings.
• Able to lead and work with foreign workers.
• Own vehicle with valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance on site issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist skeleton team in renovating and upgrading residential properties/assets.
• Solve technical and site issues independently with good judgement; escalate and report issues timely.
• Manage daily site activities: worker arrangements, materials, coordination with subcontractors and internal design teams, and prepare paperwork.
• Participate in progress management by organizing subcontractor and workers workflow per the schedule.

• Solve technical and site issues independently with good judgement. Escalate and report issues in timely manner.
• Manage daily site activities, which includes worker arrangements and efficiency, materials required on site, coordination with subcontractor and internal design teams, preparation of paperwork.
• Participate in progress management involving organisation of subcontractor and workers workflow in accordance to outlined schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working experience related to construction management and supervision in construction field (must be based on site)
• Possess own vehicle with clean valid driving license and willing to travel.
• Able to interpret technical construction drawings
• Able to lead and work with foreign workers
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance on technical/site issues
