Job summary

MLDC Berhad in Malaysia (Selangor) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to monitor, maintain and support server, CCTV and networking systems, ensuring reliable operations across our properties.

The role includes exploring automation with Power Automate, providing IT administration such as license management, user accounts, procurement, and maintaining IT inventory records.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and must be comfortable to communicate frequently on the job
• No restriction on field of study as willingness to learn and explore is a more important criteria in our valuation

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and provide on-going support for system hardware and operation systems such as Server, CCTV and Networking to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Explore the use of automation tools such as Power Automate to optimise daily operations.
• Provide IT-related administrative support including maintenance contract renewal, user accounts, licensing management, procure IT-related hardware/software and services
• Maintain and update IT inventory records.
