Job summary

Edge Design & Contracts Sdn Bhd (842728-X) seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out, ACMV and electrical works on site, ensuring progress aligns with plans and timelines. You will coordinate with subcontractors and manage daily activities, reporting to the Site Manager.

The role requires 2–3 years in site supervision, a related engineering degree, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese. On-site work in Puchong with travel to project locations is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in site supervision, preferably in interior construction, commercial fit-out, or building projects.
• Experience coordinating or supervising ACMV and electrical works at construction sites is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction works at site, including interior fit-out, commercial, ACMV, and electrical works.
• Monitor and follow up on site progress to ensure works meet schedule and specifications.
• Attend site meetings, identify defects, highlight technical issues, and coordinate rectification works.
• Report daily project progress, site issues, and updates to Site Manager or Project Director.
• Plan daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure works align with drawings and requirements.
• Supervise and inspect ACMV and electrical installation works, coordinating with other trades.
• Coordinate with ACMV and electrical subcontractors on installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification works.
• Organize and coordinate workforce, materials, equipment, and activities for smooth site operations.
• Review and coordinate construction drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, ACMV layouts, and electrical drawings.
• Monitor work and delivery schedules within the overall project timeline.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety requirements, project specs, quality standards, and regulations.
• Conduct and attend weekly site meetings and coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare site inspection reports and weekly progress reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager or management.

Role Description

• Supervise and coordinate all construction works at site, including interior fit-out, commercial, ACMV, and electrical works.

• Willing to work on-site in Puchong and travel to other project locations when required.
• Able to adapt to changing project requirements, schedules, and site conditions.
