Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
• Strong creative and visualization skills are essential.
• Excellent technical drawing abilities needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage design projects from concept development.
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct research on feasibility and environmental impacts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Descripción del empleo

• Manage design projects from concept development
• Adjust designs and plans in alignment with business development requirements
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact
• Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations
• Determine and adhere to timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or other related programs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD/Gstarcad, Archicad, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Sketchup, 3D modelling etc
• Excellent technical drawing skills, strong creative and visualization skills
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English
• Proactive attitude, good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
• Additional advantage if have experience as Architecture Assistant
