Job summary

MLDC Berhad, an integrated property developer in Klang Valley, seeks a hands-on Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal design teams.

The role requires at least 2 years on-site supervision, the ability to lead a diverse workforce including foreign workers, a valid driving license, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of site-based construction management and supervision experience.
• Possess own vehicle with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Able to interpret technical construction drawings.
• Able to lead and work with foreign workers.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance on technical/site issues.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day site operations, including worker efficiency and material management, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure work execution adheres to drawings, specifications, and required quality, coordinating with subcontractors and internal design teams during this process.
• Participate in progress management, contribute to project planning, monitoring, and reporting; attend site meetings.
• Establish and adjust work schedules to meet project deadlines within scope, time, and quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforce standards, and comply with regulations.
• Liaise with local authorities for inspections and approvals.
