Qualifications

Bachelor-level or diploma in Civil/related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin an advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Ensure project work follows construction drawings and specifications.
Coordinate site work with Sub-Contractors to keep project on track.
Raise and follow up material ordering, receiving, and scheduling with suppliers.
Ensure all materials are received as per DO and PO descriptions.
Plan material allocation to minimize wastage and double handling.
Check and follow up on defects at site.
Work with Customer Care on defects-related tasks.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor or company.

Ensure project work running according to construction drawing and specification.

To coordinate site work with Sub-Contractor and ensure project run smoothly.

Raise up material ordering, receiving material and follow up with supplier on schedule delivery.

To ensure all material received as per DO and PO description.

Proper planning on material allocation when material delivers to site in order to reduce wastage and double handling.

Check & follow up the defects work at site.

Work closely with customer care department regarding the defects work.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Able to co-ordinate site works with minimal supervision.

Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Wordand Excel)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, when relevant.
