Job summary

P & J DESIGN STUDIO Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee renovation projects on-site in Malaysia. You will supervise operations, ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and safety regulations, and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to meet deadlines.

You will liaise with project managers, architects, designers and clients to ensure requirements are met, report progress, and resolve site issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in renovation or construction site supervision.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or office renovation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise renovation projects to ensure smooth operations on-site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Job Requirements -

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of renovation work, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, safety regulations, and CIDB requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and project management software.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English. (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Other Requirements:

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
• CIDB Green Card certification is an added advantage.
