Job summary

DURABUILT CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a site supervisor to coordinate all site activities in Selangor, Malaysia. You will handle material orders, delivery arrangements, labour coordination, and ensure measurements and records are kept accurately.

You will monitor progress, ensure quality and safety compliance, and oversee daily site operations, with responsibility for timely monthly claims and issue resolution as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision is preferred.
• Able to perform site measurement accurately.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently with less supervision and under pressure.
• Able to meet assignment deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, flexible and motivated self-starter ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site activities including ordering materials and delivery.
• Take site measurements and prepare measurement records.
• Monitor work progress, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee related tasks for efficient project running.
• Submit monthly main-cons & sub-cons claims on time.
• Monitor daily kong si kong work and record activities on kong card.
• Handle site complaints and related duties as assigned.
• Respect company policies on prices, promotions, and products.

Job description

• To co-ordinate all site activities including order materials, delivery of materials, arrangement for labour /sub-cons
• Take site measurement and prepare measurement records
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality and safety requirement are met
• Overseeing all other things that are related to the efficiency and the smooth running of the project at hand
• To submit monthly main-cons & sub-cons claim on time.
• To monitor & make sure all the kong si kong work must sign every day & indicate what are they doing in kong card.
• To do site measurement and quality control
• To handle all site complaints
• To perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time
• All company’s policies relating to prices, promotional activities and products shall be treated as private and confidential material except in the normal course of business.

Requirement/Qualifications:

• Experience in construction site supervisor in preferred
