TATLIM CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities at our project sites in Malaysia. You will supervise progress, enforce safety measures and ensure quality workmanship in line with the project schedule.

The ideal candidate has a related qualification with 2–3 years in construction, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel to outstation sites. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in a related field.
• 2–3 years of construction experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to outstation sites.

Responsibilities

• Spot and address potential site issues.
• Enforce on-site safety protocols.
• Monitor worker attendance.
• Assess staff productivity and apply disciplinary measures if needed.
• Ensure high-quality work and compliance with safety regulations.
• Inform the company of equipment repair or maintenance.
• Supervise daily progress per schedule.
• Attend project and technical meetings with clients.
• Coordinate meetings with workers, contractors and vendors to ensure progress meets timelines.

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of work progress at the site in accordance with the schedule and implementing day-to-day activities. This role involves spotting and addressing potential site issues, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring the team's high quality of work and compliance with safety regulations.

• Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed
• Ensuring the team's high quality of work
• Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance
• Daily supervision of work progress at the site in accordance with the schedule and implement day-to-day activities
• Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulation complies
• Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients
• Arrange regular meetings/discussions with workers/contractor/client/vendors to ensure the progress of work meets the targeted timeline

About you

• SPM / Diploma in related field
• 2-3 years of experience in construction
