Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Site Supervisor to join their site operations team on upcoming civil construction projects. You will supervise daily on-site works, coordinate with clients and consultants, organize labor, materials and machinery, and ensure timely reporting of tests and site conditions.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on site supervision, a Diploma/Associate degree in Civil Engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to relocate to project sites

• 3 years of hands-on site supervision and construction project management experience.
• Experience conducting ground/site tests and producing technical reports.
