Job summary

Green Borneast Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work is performed according to drawings, specs, and safety standards, and deliver projects on schedule.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers, monitor progress, prepare reports, and report to the Project Manager. Willingness to travel to project sites across Sabah is required.

Qualifications

• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Communicate with contractors and consultants about site matters.
• Monitor safety and quality at all times.
• Prepare site reports and progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor contractor, subcontractor and worker performance at site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers regarding site operations and work progress.
• Ensure site safety requirements and quality standards are complied with at all times.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and report delays, risks or issues to Management.
• Review project plans, specifications and identify potential construction issues.
• Monitor site safety and ensure Occupational Safety and Health requirements are complied with.
• Ensure inspections, testing, quality assurance and quality control activities are completed accordingly.
• Report directly to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorities on site-related matters.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Relevant experience in construction site (supervisory level) is an advantage
