Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Agent or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and architects.
• Proven project management skills including scheduling and budgeting.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks.

About the role

FRK ENTERPRISE (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Site Supervisor to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors

Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and organisation of construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets

Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns

Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Provide leadership and support to the construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Agent or Site Supervisor in the construction industry

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment

Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, architects, and team members
