You will lead crews, liaise with clients and architects, read drawings, and manage scheduling and budgeting to keep projects on track. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a solid understanding of health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Agent or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and architects.
• Proven project management skills including scheduling and budgeting.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan, schedule, and organize construction activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to provide progress updates.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership and foster a collaborative work environment.
