Job summary

Ocean Plumbing Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site operations in Penang. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality across projects in Penang and other sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment; managing paperwork; and ensuring progress without production interruptions or accidents, with opportunities in JB, Kulim, and Ipoh as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the related field.
• Must have M&E experience.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Own transport with valid Class D driving license.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and manage project course, site schedule, time frames and budget.
• Coordinate and schedule manpower, materials and equipment at site.
• Manage proper paperwork for a project and keep recordings/files.
• Responsible for site supervision work, site management, monitoring installation team and progress.
• Ensure project completed within schedule and no interruptions to production operations.
• Ensure no accidents during project execution.

About the role

Join Ocean Plumbing Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as a Site Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites in Penang. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Our projects will continue in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kulim (Kedah), and Ipoh.

Responsibilities

Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, site schedule, time frames and budget.

Coordinate and schedule manpower, materials and equipment at site

Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.

Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.

Ensure project completed within schedule.

Ensure no interruption to production operation and no accident during project execution.

Requirements

Education: SPM or equivalent

Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the related field is required for this position.

Must have M & E experience.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized and Good Communication Skills.

Good in MS Excel, Word software

Based on Penang, Driving license (class D) with own transport.

Willingness to be assigned to projects in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kulim (Kedah), or Ipoh, depending on company needs.
