Job summary

SOONHUP LICHENG SDN. BHD. seeks a capable Civil/Structural engineer to supervise daily precast production activities, assign manpower, and ensure work aligns with the approved schedule and drawings in Senai or Layang-layang near Sedenak.

The role requires a diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering, 2–3 years in construction or precast work, and strong communication to coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years' post-graduation experience in construction or precast works.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure work progresses according to the approved production schedule.
• Plan, assign, and supervise daily manpower deployment, including monitoring subcontractors' work for quality, productivity, and progress.
• Ensure all precast production complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and resolve project-related matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies throughout the production process

About you

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 2-3 years' post-graduation experience in construction or precast works

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Able to work in Senai or Layang-layang near to Sedenak johor
