Job summary

TRANS UNITY SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking an on-site supervisor to coordinate, plan and supervise construction activities in Subang Jaya. You will ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met while guiding daily site progress and material handling.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. You will work closely with project teams to align production goals and quality specifications on site.

• Produce daily site reports and progress updates for Project/Construction Manager.
• Interface with client/consultant representatives and other contractors.

• Responsible to coordinate, plan and supervise on-site functions. This includes project safety, scheduling, engineering, material control, daily activity planning.
• Supervise general workers to perform daily site work.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare daily site reports, photo records, and progress updates for submission to the Project/Construction Manager.
• Receiving and verifying materials and tools delivered to site.
• Interfacing with client representatives, consultant representatives and other contractors, etc. or as required.
• Work together with project team on a daily basis to communicate production goals and quality specifications of work.
• Assist in interpreting drawings and providing technical guidance to workers on site.
• Assist Project Manager in overall site activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum of a SPM, or other relevant qualification.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
