Job summary

Mr.T Renovation & Design Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in interior design/renovation or construction projects. You will oversee daily site activities, read drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion.

Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, carpentry, M&E coordination, and finishing details, plus the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in site supervision within interior design/renovation or construction projects.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, building materials, carpentry, M&E coordination, and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Familiar with local building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Able to work under pressure, handle multiple sites, and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect workmanship and finishing to maintain high quality of interior design and renovation works.
• Report site progress, issues, and updates to Project Manager/Designer.
• Monitor materials delivery, usage, and storage to minimize wastage.
• Resolve technical or site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
• Prepare site reports, progress photos, and update project documentation.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and handover sessions when required.
