Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure construction work meets schedule and quality standards in East Ledang – Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering, has 1–2 years of site supervision experience, and can work independently while coordinating safety compliance and site documentation.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site coordination.
• Able to work independently and handle site issues effectively.
• Willing to be site-based in East Ledang – Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
• Prepare, monitor and update project schedules, work progress and manpower allocation.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs and site rules at all times.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, attendance records, material consumption records and photographic documentation.
• Coordinate project handover, punch list rectification and completion documentation.
