Job summary

Eastern Suntech Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd in Kuah, Kedah is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage construction personnel, allocate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of site activities.

You will perform site inspections, enforce health and safety practices, assist project managers with planning, and maintain accurate site logs and attendance records. A Diploma in Construction and at least 2 years of site experience are required.

Qualifications

• Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Regular inspections of the construction site.
• Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices and PPE.
• Assisting project managers with planning work activities.
• Completing site reports and other records.
• Monitoring the behavior of the construction team and contractors.
• Supporting the project management team in planning and workloads.
• Maintaining an accurate site log and attendance records.

About The Job

• Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.

• Assisting project managers with planning work activities.

• Maintain an accurate site log and record of personnel attendance and attends site meeting.

Skills And Experience Required

• Minimum of a Diploma in Construction/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in site construction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
