in Bandar Bukit Raja, Malaysia, is looking for a dedicated Structure/Architecture Site Supervisor to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensure works follow drawings and schedules, monitor progress, conduct inspections, manage documentation, and support handover and defect rectification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of building construction experience.
• SPM or equivalent qualification is required.
• Valid motorcycle license and own transportation.
• Proficient with construction drawings and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with ISO SHASSIC and QLASSIC audits is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works follow drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure construction works comply with quality requirements and project standards.
• Monitor site progress and report project status to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements on site.
• Verify materials delivered to site and monitor material usage.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper project documentation.
• Assist in project handover and defect rectification works when required.

Pembinaan Daya Teguh Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and responsible Structure/Architecture Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This full-time position is based at our project site in Bandar Bukit Raja.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure construction works comply with quality requirements and project standards.
• Monitor site progress and report project status to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and identify any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements on site.
• Verify materials delivered to site and monitor material usage.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper project documentation.
• Assist in project handover and defect rectification works when required.

Job Requirements :

• Possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in building construction projects.
• Preferred candidates aged between 30 - 50.
• Possess a valid driving license and own with motorcycle.
• Skill: Confident in handling dumping level, good computer skills, good understanding of construction drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, SHASSIC, and QLASSIC audits will be an added advantage.
