Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to independently coordinate workers, machinery and daily road construction activities.

You will ensure work follows drawings, specifications and safety protocols, while reporting progress and maintaining records. The role requires at least 3 years in site supervision, preferably in roadworks, earthworks or drainage, and a willingness to travel and work overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ site supervision experience, preferably roadworks or earthworks.
• Able to manage workers and machinery independently.
• Understanding of site levels, measurements, drawings and work sequence.
• CIDB Green Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily road construction activities.

WE’RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor who can independently coordinate workers, machinery and daily site activities.

This position is suitable for someone who is firm, practical, organised and willing to take ownership—not someone who only waits for instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily road construction activities
• Coordinate workers, operators, machinery and materials
• Brief workers on daily work targets and responsibilities
• Monitor work progress, quality and site safety
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and instructions
• Record daily manpower, machinery, materials and completed work
• Identify site problems early and recommend practical solutions
• Communicate with the project team, subcontractors and clients
• Submit daily site reports and progress photos on time
• Reduce delays, wastage, mistakes and unnecessary rework

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ site experience, preferably in roadworks, earthworks or drainage work
• Able to manage workers and machinery independently
• Understands site levels, measurements, drawings and work sequence
• Responsible, punctual and honest in reporting
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems calmly
• Willing to travel and work overtime when required
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• CIDB Green Card is preferred
