Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Skudai, Johor. The role involves monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, and inspecting RC and finishing works for quality. Fresh graduates are welcome, with preference for candidates having 1–2 years of site experience.

The candidate should communicate effectively with site teams and consultants and be willing to work on-site in Skudai, Johor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of site supervision or construction experience will have an advantage.
• Basic understanding of RC works and finishing trades.
• Able to communicate effectively with site teams and consultants.
• Willing to work on-site in Skudai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress and resolve site issues promptly, reporting to superior or Directors when necessary.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to project timelines.
• Inspect reinforced concrete (RC) works and finishing works to ensure quality workmanship.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities, surveyors and relevant parties.
• Attend and coordinate site meetings with contractors and project stakeholders
