Job summary

EP USAHAJAYA SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor for plumbing, cold water, sanitary, sewerage and water main projects in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and you should have up to 1 year of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of construction management processes.

Candidate will develop project plans, prepare method statements and manuals, monitor progress, manage budgets, and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 1 year as a site Supervisor in plumbing, cold water, sanitary, sewerage and water main project.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes.
• Experience: < 1 year
• Nationality: Malaysians Only
• Own transport: Car/Van

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans covering scope budget, schedule and resources
• Utilize your strong knowledge in drawing and project planning tools to prepare detailed method statements, operation & maintenance manuals (O&M), project claim and more
• Monitor manpower and work progress to ensure adherence to construction drawings work schedules and quality and safety standards
• Manage project budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency
• Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
