Job summary

PCA Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to fully manage safety, health and environment at the site in Malaysia. You will conduct day-to-day safety inspections and supervise site work to ensure compliance with the HSE Plan.

The role requires at least an Engineering certificate or equivalent, a valid Yellow book licence, and 3 years’ experience in construction site safety. Strong English communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess at least certificates in Engineering field or equivalent.
• Valid Yellow book licence and registered with DOSH.
• 3 years’ experience as Site Safety Supervisor in construction industry.
• Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English.
• Knowledge of legal ESH requirements by law and clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with clients regarding safety and health matters.
• Ensure safety policies, manuals, rules and procedures are in place and enforced on site.
• Provide safety guidance and training on site to employees and subcontract staff.
• Monitor and control subcontractor’s safety and health practices.
• Ensure good housekeeping at work sites.

The Job

Fully in-charge and manage safety, health and environment at site

Carry out day-to-day site safety inspection and supervise sites work to ensure that safety aspect is carried out in accordance with the HSE Plan.

Responsibilities

Requirements
