Job summary

WIJAYA DAYA SDN.BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure safe work practices. The role involves regular site safety inspections and audits, ensuring PPE compliance, and organizing toolbox talks and inductions.

You will report and investigate accidents, maintain safety records, liaise with DOSH inspectors, ensure machinery and processes meet safety standards, and monitor subcontractors' safety performance.

Job description

Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure safe work practice

Carry out regular site safety inspections and audits

Ensure all workers comply with PPE requirements

Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and induction training

Report and investigate all accidents, dangerous occurrences, and near misses

Maintain proper safety documentation and records as required by JKKP

Liaise with Department of Occupational Safety and Health officers during inspections

Ensure all machinery, equipment, and work processes comply with safety standards

Monitor subcontractors’ safety performance and compliance

Enforce immediate corrective action for any unsafe act or condition
