Job summary

KTI Landmark Berhad in Sabah, Malaysia, seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to monitor daily activities and enforce OSHA/DOSH compliance across construction sites.

You will lead toolbox talks, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations while coordinating with project teams to ensure safe methods and proper PPE.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in OSH, engineering or related field, be DOSH SHO registered, and have 2–5 years of site safety experience.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) / Yellow Book holder with DOSH, where applicable.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant construction site safety experience.
• Experience in property development, building construction or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of OSHA, DOSH requirements and construction safety practices.
• Strong site supervision, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and actively engage with workers, contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH and other applicable safety regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards and potential risks
• Ensure contractors, workers and site personnel comply with safety rules, procedures and PPE requirements
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and safety inductions for workers and contractors
• Assist in preparing and implementing HIRARC, risk assessments, method statements and safe work procedures
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports and other relevant documentation
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors on safety-related matters
• Monitor housekeeping, site access, work-at-height, excavation, lifting, scaffolding and other high-risk activities
• Follow up on safety non-compliances and ensure corrective actions are implemented within the required timeline

About you
