Job summary

Leopad Group of Companies seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to handle safety documentation across projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA/DOSH and leading safety initiatives at the site and branch levels.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Occupational Safety, DOSH registration (Yellow Book), and 1–2 years’ experience, with strong MS Office skills and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
• Registered as safety site supervisor with DOSH and hold valid Yellow Book.
• 1–2 years of experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good leadership, proactive, independent and result oriented.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of safety documentation on multiple simultaneous projects.
• Create document control and correspondence folders for each project.
• Co-operate with the Project Manager to ensure progress status integration.
• Manage overall SHE monitoring at branch, project or site.
• Prepare and submit Monthly SHE reports to management.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safe working conditions and advise corrective action.
• Inspect Permit to Work at site and ensure validity and compliance.
• Encourage reporting of any accidents or incidents by employees.
• Maintain records of NCRs and safety violations and follow up actions.
• Prepare accident/incident reports and participate in investigations.
• Initiate SHE related programs and activities with management support.
• Create safety newsletters, bulletins and alerts for employees.

Job description

Handle all aspects of safety documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.

Create Document control and correspondence folders for individual project.

Work in strict co-operation with the Project Manager to ensure project progress status integration.

To manage overall SHE is monitoring at the branch, project or site.

To prepare and submit Monthly SHE reports to the management.

To make regular visits to worksite to ensure there are no unsafe act working conditions. Advise when remedial or corrective action are required.

To inspect Permit to Work at site and ensure its validity and compliance.

To encourage the reporting of any kind of accident or incident by the employees.

To maintain records of all non – compliances (NCR), safety violations or offences and follow up actions taken.

To prepare all accident/incident reports and participants in the investigation.

To initiate SHE related programs and activities with management support.

To create newsletters or bulletins, safety lessons or alerts to educate and also for information to the employees.

QUALIFICATION

Knowledgeable in OSHA 1994 and good in the term as for meet branch requirement.

Candidates should possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety or related field.

Registered as safety site supervisor with DOSH and have valid certificates (Yellow Book).

At least 1-2 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Excel).

Good leadership qualities, proactive, matured, independent, focused and result orientated.

Good communication.
