Job summary

Leopad Group is seeking an Operations Engineer to manage daily operations, coordinate with branches and HQ, review project documents, monitor performance, and ensure smooth execution of business operations.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Bachelor's or higher, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with clients, project teams, branches, and headquarters. This role offers growth and hands-on experience in industrial operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations activities, analyze operational data, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and assess LOA, PO, SO, and contracts issued by clients, providing feedback to the Operations Manager.
• Act as a Document Controller to ensure proper management, tracking, and maintenance of all operational documents.
• Assist branches and HQ in following up on operations-related matters involving Procurement, Safety & Health, Group Finance & Accounts Department, Leopad Hire and Estimation & Proposal Department.
• Compile and submit monthly acknowledgement of SOA from clients to the COO's Office.
• Assist branches in coordinating with HQ on SOA discrepancies, collection advice, and debtor aging matters.
• Follow up with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure timely supplier payment releases for assigned branches.
• Prepare monthly Branch Operations Analysis Reports for the COO.
• Ensure assigned branches submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) on a weekly basis to the Project Finance Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily operations activities, analyze operational data, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Review and assess Letter of Award (LOA), Purchase Order (PO), Service Order (SO), and contracts issued by clients, providing necessary feedback to the Operations Manager.

Act as a Document Controller to ensure proper management, tracking, and maintenance of all operational documents.

Assist branches and HQ in following up on operations-related matters involving Procurement, Safety & Health, Group Finance & Accounts Department, Leopad Hire and Estimation & Proposal Department.
