Job summary

RM LEOPAD SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to monitor and improve safety at our sites. You will conduct risk assessments, provide SH&E training, ensure OSHA 1994 compliance, and liaise with regulators such as DOSH, DOE and BOMBA.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety or a related field.
• Valid DOSH Yellow Book or Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1994 and occupational safety regulations.
• Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve site safety performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Provide safety, health, and hazardous waste management training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994 and company safety procedures.
• Work closely with the Project/Branch Manager to maintain a safe worksite.
• Liaise with DOSH, DOE and BOMBA on safety related matters.
